Happy New Year to everyone! We are glad to announce our new season menu vol.72. It includes the season´s delicacies blinis, also a vegetable starter already forshadowing upcoming spring, classic duck breast with simple sides and sauce full of flavours, shamelessly delicious dessert with caramelised brioche and creamy cognac ice cream.And wines for the menu? Oui, oui, bien sûr!
